J&J Vision Care EMEA has a strong presence at the major congresses for eye health across Europe.
In addition to beautiful booths, the market leader is known for its Light House—an exclusive physical space at every congress. J&J Vision Care EMEA needed to pivot to virtual events without losing its signature sophisticated design and engaging experiences. It was also imperative to create a digital platform that would launch at ESCRS but would continually be updated and optimized for the next several years.
Tamooz kept the familiar lighthouse but made it part of an extraordinary immersive experience. The highly interactive platform featured five distinct and detailed floors, with numerous educational, sales and entertainment stations. We made the user-experience easy and intuitive to promote engagement. Attendees had access to virtual demos and simulators, live chat, videos, an embedded social media wall, webinars and podcast, and games.
The platform content was also adapted to accommodate five different languages and meet specific country regulations.
The client was thrilled that Tamooz was able to recreate his vision. The platform had nearly 1,800 visitors over three days. The data also showed that more than 35% of users returned at least once and 100% of visitors opted in for further communications. Tamooz also ensured that the platform aligned with J&J Vision’s dynamic physical booths and past congress experiences—making it an effective hybrid solution for years to come.
